Coffee Eggnog Punch recipe

Ingredients:

64 oz of eggnog, chilled.
¼ cup of light brown sugar, packed.
1 cup of whipping cream.
½ cup of Kahlua.
½ cup of brandy.
¼ cup of powdered sugar.
1 tablespoon of instant coffee.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the eggnog, brown sugar, instant coffee and cinnamon; then beat on low speed until the sugar and coffee have dissolved.

Stir in the Kahlua and brandy; then chill.

In another bowl bowl, beat the whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff.

Pour the eggnog mixture into a punch bowl; then top with the cream mixture.

Serve.
